Kashechewan First Nation
The Globe and Mail put out a story about the Kashechewan First Nation being packed up and moved to Timmins Ontario. Read it
here.
You've probably read about this situation concerning a reservation located on the shore of James Bay in Canada's North. The whole shooting match has been evacuated on more than one occasion - the first time because their water supply went bad and then a second time when flooding made staying there impossible.
It's obvious a lot of non-native Canadians are fed up paying for these people living on reservations and that sentiment can be seen in the comments sent into the Globe and Mail as a result of
their story.
