Lead By Example
One of the keys to success for someone whether it be in private or business life, is to lead by example. Nothing can be a more positive component than having a friend or a boss who demonstrates that he/she is prepared to do the right thing and to lead his fellow man in the right direction.
History has shown that this is so true. Look to South Africa - a man there spent countless years in jail fighting white supremacy. He came out of jail and led his country to a new South Africa being born. Look to India - a man there taught his fellow man that peaceful demonstration would defeat discrimination. This man earned the love and respect of his fellow man in India and around the world. Look to Great Britain. A man there worked doggedly to defeat the Axis powers and with the help of his Allied partners World War II was ended.
Fast forward to 2006 - there is a man in St. Paul, Minnesota who is not leading by example and this man, a politician, is upsetting a lot of people that voted him in. Read what Mayor Chris Coleman is up to.
