Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta Updated
If you've been running Microsoft's Beta you will know that it is an excellent application, and you should also know that now is the time to update to the latest version. The new one is called Windows Defender.
You must have a certified copy of Windows XP, 2000 or 2003 to qualify for this - pirated copies will be discovered by a wizard called Genuine Check.
Go to Marc Liron's web page for complete information and after you download, you must uninstall the original beta before you install Defender.
Once installed, adjust your settings to get automatic updates and choose a time for the beta to run daily - I've got mine set for 11 p.m.
