Google Records Subpoena Raises Privacy Fears
That's it for me. Sometime in the very near future I'll be sitting in a cell in Leavenworth with a cellmate by the name of Igor. When he finds out I used to be a guard, I'm good as dead.
It seems that America's Justice Department has a subpoena to gather Google search records. They say that it's al part of their war on pornography.
So before the FBI comes breaking down my front door, I confess. It was me that did a search on "George Bush and Paul Martin at Gay Rights Parade" and "My Fourteen Year Old Dream" and "Reasonably Priced Vibrators".
Honest - I was researching a story on the annual gay rights parade in Toronto; a story to place beside my Martin Luther King Jr. item; and I was looking to buy an electronic thingie to use on my sore back.
