The Blogosphere Is Alive With .....
I took a bit of time Christmas Eve to find a suitable post for Christmas but found that the blogosphere was full of opinion about the press printing something that could be, and in my opinion is, a threat to national security.
It concerns the story released by the New York Times disclosing that President Bush had authorized electronic surveilance on Americans.
I blogged about it below on Dec 19th and pointed out that the electronic surveilance was not being conducted on all Americans, just those involved in suspicious activities.
As a Canadian who once worked for the Federal Government, I've been aware of the Communications Security Establishment conducting similar surveilance here in Canada for years - yours truly worked there.
