Houston - We Have A Problem
Anyone with a map knows that Houston Texas is relatively close to New Orleans, or what was New Orleans, I should say. It is certainly a lot further to Las Vegas,
It seems Ray Nagin, the mayor of New Orleans, chose to send some of his police to Vegas to unwind rather than to Houston. Naturally, the kind folks in Houston feel a bit miffed as they have contributed a great deal to Katrina Relief and they feel a little acknowledgement would have gone a long way.
Further proof that this Nagin character is not too swift. Single Malt Pundit tends to agree, as does Hog On Ice.
