Some History From 1964
American Future documents the Vietnam War for us. Many would sooner forget all about Vietnam, but there is something to learn in all our history.
What I remember most about the war was my standing on the northern shore of Lake Ontario as a young man wondering about my counterparts who lived on the southern shore. By freak of nature I was saved from being shipped off to fight a war with my hands tied behind my back as so many young Americans were.
