SFGate covers the story of a man who should have been tried for murder, not manslaughter. Rather than being locked up for life or executed, this piece of shit now walks free, albeit with the use of a wheelchair.
You should know that after having been sentenced for manslaughter, he was in custody just shy of six short weeks. What does this tell you of America's comprehension of war against terror!
