Once A Murderer, Always A Murderer

The story repeats itself over and over. Someone who kills and gets away with it only to kill again.
This one reoffended only six months after being released from prison.
Wizbang tells of the grief of the murderer's mother, for one.
Too bad that Pennsylvania only put him away for eleven years when he murdered the first time.
Hopefully New Hampshire will deal with him harsher. While still on the books, New Hampshire hasn't used the death penalty since 1939.
