African Debt Disappearing Faster Than Africa

As you can see the country is quickly disappearing from the ravages of Aids, poverty, and the gangsters that are running their respective countries.

Now the leaders of these countries can get in their orders for that new Bell helicopter and 2006 Mercedes Benz that they've been frothing at the mouth for. Isn't it just so nice that gangsters can always depend on the good intentions of decent folks!
One has to wonder if poverty in the donating countries should not have been eradicated first and have the African gangsters wait for a different model year! Just a thought.....read below.
