Sit Still, Ah, Move About

Remember your childhood when your teacher implored you to sit still? It wasn't just the teacher, Mom and Dad also got on your case about sitting still and finishing your dinner.
Later on in life your grownup friends told you to lay back on the deck chair and cool out.

Now we learn from Collision Detection that they were all wrong. We shouldn't sit still - we should fidget.
